Job Description:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department, including operational coordination, administrative workflow management, and support of departmental programs, committees, and student-facing initiatives
Job Duties:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties and departmental workflows to support daily operations..
- Assists with personnel management functions such as recruitment, onboarding scheduling, and timekeeping support for departmental staff and student assistants.
- Assists with budget tracking, purchasing, and financial documentation and serves as Procurement Card Department Coordinator.
- Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of acquisition cycle in accordance with institutional policies.
- Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes administrative processes as applicable.
- Conducts special projects , prepares reports, and coordinates documentation for departmental initiatives and committees.
- Coordinates administrative support functions for departmental programs, events, and student-facing activities.
- Provides operational support for time-sensitive processes such as committee coordination, documentation management, and program logistics.
- Oversees and coordinates the departmental Student Assistant program, including hiring support, onboarding, scheduling, and workflow oversight.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience or range if discussed and approved by hiring authority $53,280 - $66,600.
