Clerk III - Auxiliary Institutional - Galveston
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience.
Job Summary:
To provide supervisory and advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.
Job Duties:
- Determines work priorities, performs ordering, shipping and receiving duties, inventory regulation and general retail floor maintenance.
- Organizes own work assignments to contribute to operational efficiencies.
- Trains supportive personnel in new procedures and new employees on tasks to be performed.
- Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
- Supports Campus Store retail operations.
- Assists with customer service coverage at Auxiliary Enterprises operations when needed.
- Occasional weekends, early morning, or evening work required.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Salary:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
