Clinical Case Manager - UTMB-CMC - Galveston County Jail - Full-Time
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
RN with Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field and four years clinical experience, with at least one year of this with a specific patient population.
Current license or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas.
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
