Cluster Nurse Manager - Diboll Unit
Graduation from an approved school of nursing. Must possess and maintain a valid, current license approved by the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners. Master's degree in nursing or a related field with two years nursing supervisory experience. - OR - Bachelor's degree in nursing with three years of nursing supervisory experience. - OR - Associate degree or diploma in nursing with four years of nursing supervisory experience.JOB DESCRIPTION:Directs the management of nursing services and the supervision of the professional and ancillary nursing staff for a cluster of two or more correctional facilities. Interprets, implements, and monitors standards for health services in compliance with NCCHC standards and UTMB Correctional Managed Care systems policies and departmental procedures.
