Coordinator II (Department of Pediatrics - Galveston)
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.
Job Description:
To coordinate and directly support the administrative and business management activities of a department or large division.
Job Duties:
The Coordinator II position will be responsible for functions within the Department of Pediatrics,
Division of DBP as listed below:
- Care Coordination for Division of Development/Behavioral Pediatrics
- Provide Administrative Support to the following Pediatric Divisions: Development/Behavioral Pediatrics, Nephrology, Neurology and Vaccinology.
- Manage Divisional and Departmental Inventory.
- Serve as QGenda clinic scheduler for the following Pediatric Divisions: Nephrology and Neurology.
- Assist faculty with Credentialing reappointments as needed.
- Serve as Division Timekeeper.
- Submit Travel Expenses and Reimbursements in POWER.
- Assist other Pediatric Administrative Support staff when needed.
- Serve as the Records Retention Coordinator.
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by faculty & mid-level staff.
Marginal or Periodic Job Functions Job Description:

Salary Range:
