Coordinator II (Department of Pediatrics - Galveston)

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent and three years of related experience. 

Job Description: 

To coordinate and directly support the administrative and business management activities of a department or large division.

Job Duties:

The Coordinator II position will be responsible for functions within the Department of Pediatrics,

Division of DBP as listed below:

• Care Coordination for Division of Development/Behavioral Pediatrics
• Provide Administrative Support to the following Pediatric Divisions: Development/Behavioral Pediatrics, Nephrology, Neurology and Vaccinology.
• Manage Divisional and Departmental Inventory.
• Serve as QGenda clinic scheduler for the following Pediatric Divisions: Nephrology and Neurology.
• Assist faculty with Credentialing reappointments as needed.
• Serve as Division Timekeeper.
• Submit Travel Expenses and Reimbursements in POWER.
• Assist other Pediatric Administrative Support staff when needed.
• Serve as the Records Retention Coordinator.
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by faculty & mid-level staff.

Marginal or Periodic Job Functions Job Description: 

Performs related duties as required.
