Coordinator II, Psychiatry/Behavioral Sciences (Partial remote)
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
Job Description:
To manage activities for a project or program.
Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support for TCHATT to include ordering and managing supplies; travel authorizations, coordinating TCHATT meetings, and creating and overseeing TCHATT logs and reports.
- Provides administrative support to project clinicians to include managing their calendars, submission of leave requests and travel authorizations,
- Manage discretionary funds
- Other duties as assigned by clinicians.
- Meet regularly with the program manager for updates.
- Engage in program-related meetings
- Take part in improvement initiatives for the program
- Participate in TCHATT educational and outreach activities as requested.
- Coordinate activities of the projects to include project schedules, resources and communication with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Behavioral Health
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Products
- Ability to work independently, stay organized and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, both internal and external
