Director, Business Operations Academic Enterprise - Research

Minimum Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area. 
• 6 years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• Business and management experience
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, creating long term impact and enhancing the reputation of an organization
• Able to navigate across a matrixed, global organization and influence by building strong working relationships
• Experience in academic health systems with a focus on research
• Highly analytical, able to see through data and identify actionable insights
• Outstanding communication and leadership presentation skills
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Strong leadership experience managing dedicated, hard-working teams
• Provides innovative and successful leadership and vision in program development 
• Understands and promotes the role and use of technology 
• Trains, supervises, evaluates, and directs the work of assigned personnel
