Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related healthcare field
- Five (5) years of appropriate mix of both clinical and business experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Primary Care, Pediatric Primary Care and/or Psychiatry operations experience
- 10 years of experience as a healthcare leader
- Knowledge and expertise with multi-specialty group practice, preferably in teaching and research environments
- Demonstrates strategic-level leadership in circumstances of organizational transition in large, complex organizations with diverse people, multiple constituencies and political realities
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership in large, academic health system with multiple component pieces and a tri-partied mission of education, research and patient care
- Interpersonal skills
