REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and master's degree (Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration, Master of Health Care Administration, Master of Business Administration)
- Six years related experience
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas
OR
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Four years related experience
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas
- Pharmacy residency
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a master's degree (Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration, Master of Health Care Administration, Master of Business Administration)
- Six years related experience
- PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency
- Experience with operating a 340B program
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
