Job Description

Ø  Assist visitors with logging in to the computer and navigating the HRC website and internet to locate materials for health and wellness and community supports

Ø  Assist with completing applications for social service/health needs.

Ø  Assist with updating and maintaining UTMB’s County Resource Factsheets and HRC websites

Ø  Assist visitors with using the printer/fax machine

Ø  Assist visitors with locating and viewing printed material.

Ø  Regulate time usage of computers if others are waiting.

Ø  Sort, print, file, and shelf materials as needed.

Ø  Complete printed resource material inventories and document in an Excel spreadsheet

Ø  Assist with managing inventory and stocking Care Closet

Ø  Perform other duties as assigned, or as necessary, as relates to the center.

Ø  If they are unable to assist the visitor, take a detailed message for HRC Manager to get back with them

Additional tasks/projects as needed
