Minimum Qualifications:    
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.


Job Duties: 

  • Help with basic office tasks such as filling, scanning, printing of documents, etc.
  • Help publicize upcoming events by putting fliers around campus and digitally on the TV monitors
  • Help the Office of Student Life with planning and execution of events 
  • Do rounds on the study rooms in Old Red to make sure signs are current, chairs are in the right rooms, dry erase markers are working, etc. 
  • Check with Old Red Game Room to ensure it is straightened up and game supplies are available. Make sure the microwave stays clean (wipe it down once a day so it doesn't build up)
  • Check The Picnic Basket Student Food Pantry collection boxes around campus to pick up any donations
  • Other general office tasks as assigned

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
