Parking Controller - University Parking Facilities - Galveston
Minimum Qualification:
High school or equivalent. No experience necessary. Must possess a Valid Texas Class C Drivers License.
Job Summary:
To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic, enforces parking and driving regulations and maintains the appearance of the parking facilities while providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties:
- Surveys parking lots and reports out any issues.
- Observes traffic and parking areas and reports out any violations.
- Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.
- Submits daily activity reports.
- Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning and monitoring.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Equipment:
Landscaping and lawn equipment, power washers, and state vehicles
Work Environment:
Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
