ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
UTMB is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join our Lake Jackson/Angleton, Texas team. When this physician joins, the practice will consists of four full-time physicians, and two Advance Practice Providers, all of which provide full-scope Obstetric and Gynecology services to the practices communities. Providers are responsible for patient care in an ambulatory setting four days a week along with participation in on call coverage. The Practice currently does close to 600 deliveries/year.

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
Must have a MD or DO degree and a current and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Texas.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Registration with Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA); Certification with American Heart Associate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) every two years; Administrative experience.


SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
