REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas and ten (10) years of progressive management/leadership and patient care experience.
- Practical experience in Tele-Medicine, Electronic Utilization Review and Quality Improvement is desirable.
- Board certification required with a preference for a primary care specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB-Gyn, General Surgery, Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine.
- Must hold current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) controlled substance registration.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Board certification in a primary care specialty.
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
