Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience,
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
Experience with Epic
Hospital Experience
Ability to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping people to adapt to change.
Strongly prefer candidates with a healthcare background. In-depth understanding of human relations, group dynamics, change theory, and improvement methodologies.
ITIL/COBIT/LEAN/PMP or other industry certifications are a plus
Familiarity with various project mgmt. methodologies, including agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.

Plans, executes, and finalizes several small to large-scale projects simultaneously and according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.
Job Duties:
The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize several small to large-scale projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Senior IS Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
The Sr Project Manager leads the cross-functional project team, coordinating project deliverables for assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget. The role requires solid project management skills and the utilization of project management best practices, as well as excellent technical writing and communication skills. This role will interface directly with internal resources, vendors, partners, and clients, and requires the management of resources and activities to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager is the primary interface between the customers, vendor, and project team members on assigned projects regarding issue escalation, financial questions, and management issues.
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of documentation for procedures, processes, and reports as they relate to the projects.
Work with leadership to identify Key Performance Indicators as they relate to the projects.
Ensure process efficiency by implementing/following processes and procedures that support the key performance indicators.
Suggest improvements to the process
Clinical IS Experience is a must

Build strong relationships with vendors and project team members
Fundamental understanding of IT systems and architecture
Critical thinking, flexibility, ability to serve as a change agent, ability to provide encouragement, and to stimulate innovative thinking under adverse conditions and short deadlines.
Ability to lead large-scale projects, which may include those requiring multi-disciplinary coordination and significant vendor collaboration.
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, decisive, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle urgent and multiple unplanned priorities.
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
Creates and promotes a culture of excellent customer service.
Salary Range:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000, actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
