Coordinator I - Residency Training Program , Pediatric Resident Education
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent. 1 year related experience.
Job Description:
To perform a wide variety of professional duties in the coordination of the House Staff in a clinical department.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Pediatric Residency Education offices.
- Oversight of Resident Education Conferences including scheduling, attendance, evaluation, room reservations, point tracking, and vendor billing.
- Assist with the collection of residents’ scholarly activity conference materials.
- Work with procurement and Power for residency program purchases.
- Assist with procurement and Power for resident discretionary purchases.
- Assist with reimbursement of program leadership discretionary purchases.
- Assist with coordinate and reimbursement of residency program leadership travel.
- Maintain and update resident BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Collect and input patient satisfaction evaluation data for residents.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of pediatric residents.
- Manage and input resident clinic schedules and rotations through Qgenda.
- Assist with Department of Pediatrics Special Events.
- Maintain and update CV/Biosketches as needed.
- Assist the UTMB GME office with administrative duties associated with the Pediatrics Residency program.
- Submit credentialing reappointment applications packets as needed.

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
