Minimum Qualifications:
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.
Job Duties:
The Intramural Sports Office Assistant supports the Office of Student Life in the coordination and administration of intramural sports programs and related activities. This position focuses on administrative duties, communication, and event coordination while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of intramural sports and special event programs through digital platforms, email, and print materials.
- Manage schedules and maintain communication with participants via IMLeagues.com and other tools.
- Coordinate with referees, including scheduling and correspondence via phone and email.
- Attend required student-employee training and staff meetings.
- Provide administrative support for the Office of Student Life by organizing records, compiling reports, and completing tasks to support various office initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with program policies and assist in addressing participant inquiries or concerns.
This role is ideal for students with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoy working in an administrative capacity within a dynamic office environment.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
