Senior Administrative Manager (On-Site) - Hospital Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and four (4) years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of relevant experience in a Healthcare or Academic setting.
- Relevant experience within UT systems.
Job Summary:
Provides senior-level managerial oversight to a department or division regarding planning, fiscal activities, business operations, and/or administrative functions.
Job Duties:
- Manages and maintains responsibility for the planning, development, fiscal activities and operation of business and administrative functions, including departmental or program operating policies and procedures.
- Supervises the recruitment of all staff and support personnel.
- Plans, develops, integrates, and manages all business and administrative support systems.
- Prepares, justifies, and controls budgets.
- Administers grant and contract management activities.
- Manages space planning, renovation, and allocation.
- Responsible for strategic and tactical planning.
- Serves as chief departmental liaison with business, hospital, and academic administration.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site League City Campus, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
