Senior Business Coordinator - Office of Faculty Affairs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of office-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role(s) in an Academic or Healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Job Description:
To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support for various programs within the Office of Faculty Affairs.
- Coordinate program meetings and events
- Assist in development of PowerPoint presentations, flyers, and advertisements
- Assist with data collection, management, and analysis
- Prepare annual reports
- Maintain a master calendar of activities
- Interact daily with Faculty Affairs leadership, faculty members, and peer colleagues
- Perform other related duties as required
Salary Range:
$56,000.00 to $70,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site except for one day a week, remote work, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
